Despite the quiet festive atmosphere here, it wasn't so bad after all to spend Chinese New Year away from home. We had alot of good times celebrating Chinese New Year along with many other friends who stayed back during this winter break. We gather, we cook and we eat together.^^

One of the must-have-dish during Chinese New year - 'yu sheng'. According to Chinese beliefs, tossing 'yu sheng' will bring prosperity. The higher you toss, the more prosperous you will be.
